Waist– Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, at the level of your belly button. Keep the tape level and allow for a slightly loose fit.
Hips– With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground for accuracy.
Tip– If your measurement falls on a half-cm, round down for the best fit.
