Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   
2. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period specified above.
   
3. The prize is specified in the “Details of prizes” section of the Schedule.
   
4. The winner is responsible for all expenses related to claiming and using the prize, including (but not limited to):
   
   Transport to Christchurch to collect the campervan
   
   Flights, fuel, insurance upgrades, and other travel costs
   
   Any ancillary costs not expressly included in the prize description.
   
   
   
5. The campervan hire must be booked directly with Parker Campers, is subject to availability, and excludes blackout dates 15 December to 15 January. Standard campervan hire terms and conditions apply. Campervan hire must be redeemed one year from date of issue.
   
   
   
6. Proof of eligibility: The winner must provide proof of age (21 years or older) and a valid full driver’s licence before the campervan hire is confirmed.
   
7. Insurance: Standard insurance is included in the campervan hire. However, the winner remains liable for any excess charges, damages, or breaches of the Parker Campervans standard hire terms and conditions.
   
8. The Gemma Lee wetsuit prize is subject to available stock at the time of winner selection.
   
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
   
10. Entrants must be 21 years or older and hold a valid full driver’s licence to redeem the campervan hire prize.
    
11. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
    
12. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn in accordance with the “Unclaimed prize draw” section of the Schedule.
    
13. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    
14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parker Campers and Gemma Lee Wetsuits disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
    
15. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, subject to regulatory approval (if applicable).
